Terms and Conditions - Giveaway

1. Eligibility: 1.1 The giveaway is open to individuals of all ages. 1.2 Employees of Jim's Jerseys Ltd and Beachbound Co and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. 1.3 The giveaway is open to participants worldwide, except where prohibited by law.

2. Entry Requirements: 2.1 To enter the giveaway, participants must like the giveaway post, follow both @jimsjerseys_ and @beachboundco on Instagram, tag a friend in the comments section, and share the post to their story. 2.2 Multiple entries are allowed 2.3 Any false or misleading information provided during entry will result in disqualification. 2.4 Participants must comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in this document to be eligible for the giveaway.

3. Giveaway Period: 3.1 The giveaway begins on 27th July 2023 at 18:00 and ends on 2nd August 2023 at 18:00. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be considered.

4. Prize: 4.1 The prize for this giveaway includes: - One (1) JJ Signature jersey - One (1) Jim's Jerseys graphic tee - One (1) Beachbound Co Quartered Deck Shirt and one (1) Beachbound Co Boonie. 4.2 The total retail value of the prize may vary and is subject to availability. 4.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives. 4.4 Jim's Jerseys Ltd and Beachbound Co reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of similar value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection: 5.1 The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. 5.2 The winner will be contacted via the Instagram account used to enter. 5.3 If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the initial contact, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Publicity Release: 6.1 By participating in the giveaway, the winner agrees to allow Jim's Jerseys Ltd and Beachbound Co to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without any additional compensation.
